Delivery and Returns

JUST-A-DETAIL offers free standard delivery on orders above 200€. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Our shipping costs for orders below 200€:

  • SPAIN - 5 EUR  
  • EUROPE - 10 EUR
  • WORLD - 15 EUR 

Our delivery time:

EUROPE - 2-6 days 
REST OF THE WORLD - 5-7 days

*Take into account, that some of our garments are made-to-order, so it will vary the delivery date. We will notify you once you order the item.

Please note that:

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

There might be occasional delays that do not depend on us. 

Our courier always asks for a signature when delivering, so make sure someone will be there to pick it up.

You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

You will receive the notifications on the shipping status on your email.

Taxes and duties:

The Prices of Products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of the EU that shall be borne by the Customer.

For orders outside of the EU :All applicable duties shall be borne by the Customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

JUST-A-DETAIL cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
